Obtain a pension with a power of attorney
If you do not fall into any of these categories, the only option would be to get the pension with a power of attorney. The pensioner must do a notarized power of attorney or explicit power of attorney.
Power of attorney with notarized signature
There are no peculiarities with it. The must go to a notary, pay the relevant fee, and he or she must prepare or certify the pre-written power of attorney and sign it. There are no mandatory content requirements, but it must still contain names, personal card details, and the pensioner’s wish to receive his / her pension. If they are abroad, the signature can be certified by a diplomatic and consular representations there.
When a person goes to receive the pension, they must provide one copy of the power of attorney that will be stored in the post office and entered in the electronic payment card. And every time they want the pension to be paid, they have to carry an ID and the original of the power of attorney.
The power of attorney with a notary certified signature can also be used to receive the pension from the bank. In both cases, the power of attorney is valid until its retirement, which the pensioner needs to notify the post office or the bank in due time.
Power of attorney
The explicit power of attorney is a bit more specific. By using it, you can only receive the pension from the post office on whose payroll documents he/ she is on. They can pay you for the entire month and part of the month, but you can only use such a power of attorney three times in a calendar year. In addition, it is required to submit a new power of attorney every time, as it remains in the post office. Of course, when receiving the pension, you must also present my identity card.
The explicit power of attorney is called this because it must have a specific content – to indicate explicitly which month or which pension record can be used. In it, the pensioner also has to declare that he or she has not used this right more than three times this year and to enter all the data from his identity card or passport.
